Founded in 1991, Langue Onze is a modern and friendly French school in the heart of Toulouse. The school offers a wide range of courses and the opportunity for students to combine their language learning with topics such as cookery or learning about the local wine to make the most of their time in France. The Langue Onze team's aim is to inspire their students and make them curious about French culture and language.
Langue Onze's teaching methods are modern and dynamic, focusing on today's language, oral communication, and cultural understanding. All teachers are native speakers with experience teaching French as a foreign language and the team is made up of teachers who are passionate about education and are open-minded in their approach.
Langue Onze is housed in an attractive nineteenth-century building in the city center, just five minutes’ walk from Place du Capitole, and has air conditioning throughout. Located in the Carmes neighborhood, the surrounding area has a lively atmosphere with plenty of bars, shops, and parks.
The school provides a culture and activity program for its students' free time, which includes some free activities and others at a small cost. These options may include tours of the city, pétanque games, film nights, museum visits, trips to the theatre and wine tasting. During the weekends, students have the option to take part in one of the schools day-long excursions, with destinations usually including the medieval castle Carcassonne, the UNESCO world heritage city Albi and the medieval town of Cordes sur Ciel.
