Boston’s universities and student life make Boston the perfect place for a language course. English Language Center (ELC) is located in the historic Beacon Hill quarter, just moments from famous sites in Boston including the Boston Common (a giant park in the city center) and the State House (capitol building of the state of Massachusetts), Faneuil Hall and the Quincy Market and the district of Downtown Crossing. Studying here will surely be a fantastic opportunity for any student.
The ELC school is housed on the second floor of a typical 1920s Boston city building. The school has comfortable facilities including computers labs and a study hall for students to use to study at their own pace. The Boston school is also an authorized Cambridge exam center, making it a good choice for students who wish to take the exam.
The school’s professors and staff work to ensure students enjoy their experience to the fullest, both progressing in their English learning and enjoying the school’s program of activities in their free time. Activities include visiting the many historical and contemporary museums and art galleries, visiting the Boston Harbor, and eating in restaurants all over the city. Students can also visit places further afar including New York or the beaches of Cape Cod.
All professors have a university degree.
